Bink Events

Two Special Package Events — January and February We will be doing two special packages this winter, with a chance for you to spend the day learning about wine with Deb and then have dinner and a night’s stay at one of our favorite local establishments. For the first one, on January 28th, we’ll spend day the doing a tasting and seminar on sensory evaluation of wine, along with a tasty lunch. Then, we’ll continue the fun with a winemaker dinner at the Boonville Hotel, including a special wine and food pairing. The price for the seminar and lunch is $75. We are working on a special package with the Boonville hotel for the Winemaker dinner and reduced hotel rates. Please call and reserve your spot now as space is limited. For the second, Deb will be teaching a wine and food pairing seminar.

One of the best decks along the Mendocino Coast, with a gorgeous view of the ocean makes for a perfect pairing with a glass of Bink Lumineux Rosé.
